Is anyone else getting weird 'efficiency' emails at Vulcan?

Lately, I've been getting these increasingly frequent emails from upper management about 'optimizing workflows' and 'enhancing operational efficiency.' Honestly, they sound like thinly veiled attempts to justify cost-cutting measures down the line. It feels like the prelude to something. My team is already stretched thin, and now we're being asked to analyze our own processes to find 'redundancies.' It’s kind of unsettling. Anyone else seeing this kind of messaging? It's making me a bit nervous about job security, even though there haven't been any official announcements. Just curious if this is a company-wide push or if I'm overthinking it.

I've noticed the same uptick in those 'efficiency' emails. It's definitely creating a buzz of anxiety. Yeah, those emails are definitely making the rounds. 'Enhancing operational efficiency' sounds suspiciously like 'find ways to do more with less.' It's a bit of a morale killer when you're already working hard and then get hit with messages that imply you're not efficient enough.
