Are these targeted cuts or a broader efficiency drive? It's hard to reconcile record profits with job reductions. It makes employees feel disposable, like our contributions don't matter when they can just shuffle or cut roles. The relocation aspect feels particularly tough – it's not a simple ask for people to uproot their lives. Anyone else in a similar boat or have insights into the strategy behind this? Trying to stay positive but it's hard not to feel a bit anxious about job security right now.
