Your health and well-being are worth more than a paycheck. Start prioritizing your applications and interview prep. Get out before you burn out completely.
Honestly, this sounds pretty standard for any large corporation. 'Do more with less' is practically a mantra. Before you jump ship, have you tried talking to your manager about your concerns? Maybe there's room to adjust your workload or refocus your priorities. Sometimes a direct conversation can make a difference, but yeah I understand that it's tiring when every department meeting is just PR.
