Hey everyone, I work at Walmart HQ and these recent announcements about job cuts and relocations have me seriously on edge. Reading the news articles doesn't give much detail, just vague "restructuring" and "efficiency" talk. It feels like there's a lot of uncertainty rippling through the teams. People are definitely talking, but nobody seems to have concrete answers. Are others in similar situations? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if it's just my department. Makes you wonder what the long-term strategy is when they talk about these kinds of changes. Just hoping for more transparency soon. It's definitely a vibe I'm picking up too, even from the store level. You hear whispers and see the general mood shift. When things are vague, speculation runs wild, and that's rarely productive.
