Heard similar whispers. It's definitely unsettling when there's a lack of transparency. My cousin works in IT at one of the major hubs and mentioned some teams are being consolidated, which usually means fewer people doing the same work. They haven't been explicitly laid off, but the pressure is definitely mounting to perform or find a new role within the company, or outside. It's a tough market out there, so I hope those affected can land somewhere quickly.
