Just saw the official WARN notice update for the Saukville office. Looks like 66 people got the call today, August 8th. I’ve been hearing whispers about operational consolidation, but seeing the actual headcount impact is still rough. Does anyone know if this is limited to the facility operations there or if it’s a broader signal for the rest of the org? It feels like every time we get a quiet stretch, another chunk of the company gets trimmed. I’m exhausted by the constant guessing game. It is honestly getting impossible to keep up with the constant flux. Every few months, it feels like another department or location is on the chopping block, and the uncertainty is becoming the only real company culture left. I’m sorry to hear about Saukville; 66 people is a massive blow for any one site to absorb at once. At this stage, I assume nothing is safe, and 'operational consolidation' has just become the standard corporate shorthand for inevitable cuts. Hang in there, because the waiting is usually the worst part of this mess.

What a brutal way to end the week. I’ve stopped trying to look for patterns in the WARN notices because it’s clear that no one is truly immune regardless of performance or role. They’ll keep trimming until the margins look better on a spreadsheet, regardless of the human cost or the talent they’re bleeding out. The lack of transparency from leadership is what really stings—we’re all just waiting for the next notification to pop up. Sending strength to everyone in Saukville dealing with this nightmare today.
