Is the corporate bloat finally being addressed?

With the latest round of cuts in Ontario, I can't help but wonder if this is the start of a broader push to 'streamline' operations across the board. I’ve been with WM for a few years now, and the middle management layer is just absurdly thick. Every project takes months of approval cycles and constant 'alignment' meetings that go nowhere. It seems like leadership is finally looking at the bottom line and realizing they can run the same routes and operations with significantly fewer administrative staff. Honestly, I’m worried that if I don’t have a direct impact on the physical logistics side, I’m just a target on a spreadsheet. Anyone else hearing chatter about Q2 restructuring plans? Trying to figure out if I should start looking for an exit strategy now or stick it out until the next fiscal review.
