Waste Management - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Starting to feel a real shift in the atmosphere at WM lately. Less chatter in the break room, more hushed conversations. There's this underlying tension that wasn't there even a few months ago. Projects seem to be getting re-evaluated constantly, and there's a lot more scrutiny on expenses, even beyond the travel budget cuts some people mentioned. It's hard to put a finger on it, but the overall vibe is definitely changing. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just me or is the company really tightening its belt? Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. The constant project shuffling is exhausting, and honestly, it makes it hard to feel invested in anything when it could be on the chopping block next week. The expense scrutiny feels like they're nickel-and-diming us to death, which is frustrating when you're trying to get work done. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but it's tough when the general mood is so uncertain. Hopefully, it's just a temporary thing and things will stabilize soon.
