Waste Management: Morale low, rumors swirling...

Hey everyone, been with WM for a few years now and lately the vibe has been pretty off. Lots of hushed conversations, people seem more anxious than usual. I've heard whispers about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency drives' that sound suspiciously like code for something else. Anyone else feeling this? My department has had a couple of key people leave recently, not replaced. Feels like we're being stretched thinner. Management is being super tight-lipped, which doesn't help. Just trying to get a pulse on what's actually going on out there. Is anyone hearing anything concrete, or is it just the usual corporate buzzwords making everyone nervous?
