WM - Seeing a lot of people 'moving on'

Hey all, been at WM for a few years now and the past couple of months have felt... strange. It's not like there's been a huge, announced layoff or anything, but I've noticed a significant uptick in people leaving. Not just voluntary departures, but seems like a lot of roles are just disappearing, and when people leave them, they aren't being backfilled. My team is definitely stretched thinner than usual. Anyone else noticing this trend across different departments? Feels like some behind-the-scenes restructuring might be happening, but no one's really talking about it openly. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a weird pocket. Curious to hear what others are seeing.
