Okay, so I've been hearing whispers and seeing comments pop up here and there about potential layoffs at Waste Management. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but the chatter is getting louder. Some people are saying it's specific divisions, others are saying it's more widespread. I've been with WM for a while, and honestly, this kind of talk seems to surface every so often, especially around budget cycles or industry shifts. It's never fun to feel that uncertainty, and I get why people are anxious. Hopefully, it's just noise, but if anything official comes down, we'll all know soon enough. In the meantime, just keep doing the good work. That's all we can control.
