WEC Energy: Is it just me or is hiring completely frozen?

I've been keeping an eye on open positions at WEC Energy because my team is seriously understaffed, and we're burning out. But it feels like the jobs that *do* get posted get pulled after a day or two, or they just sit there with no interviews happening. We had a couple of roles open up in [Another Department] a few months back, and I heard they eventually just dissolved those positions. The official line is "restructuring," but it feels like a de facto hiring freeze. Anyone else experiencing this? Trying to figure out if it's company-wide or just specific pockets. Wondering what this means for future growth here.
