Thinking about long-term future at Welltower

Been with Welltower for a while now, and while I generally like the company and the work, I'm starting to get a bit antsy about the future. There's been a lot of talk about market shifts and the REIT sector in general, and it's hard not to let that seep into your thoughts about job security. No specific rumors or news, but just a general sense of uncertainty in the air. I've been looking at my own career path here and wondering if this is still the best place to be for the next 5-10 years, especially with everything going on.
