Welltower - Anyone else dealing with increased workload?

Is it just me, or has the workload significantly increased recently at Welltower? Feels like my team is expected to do more with less, which is the typical corporate line, but it's becoming genuinely unsustainable. Projects are piling up, deadlines are tight, and I'm seeing people stretched thinner than ever. This isn't just about hiring freezes; it feels like they're actively trying to squeeze more out of the existing headcount. It's making it hard to focus on quality and is definitely impacting morale. Wondering if this is a widespread issue across departments or if I'm in a particularly rough spot. Anyone else feeling burnt out and overloaded?

I've definitely noticed the increased pressure. It feels like the volume of work has gone up dramatically without a corresponding increase in resources. It's not just 'more with less,' it's like 'vastly more with the same or less.' The stress levels are definitely noticeable across the board, and I'm concerned about burnout if this trajectory continues. Quality is a concern, as is just keeping up with the sheer volume of tasks. It's becoming a real challenge to prioritize effectively.

You're not alone. The workload has been intense lately. It seems like every week brings new initiatives and a tighter turnaround time, leaving little room for error or unexpected issues. The feeling of being stretched thin is very real, and it's impacting morale. It makes it difficult to feel accomplished when you're constantly just trying to keep your head above water. Hoping management recognizes the strain on the team soon.
