Welltower: Feeling the pinch? My team's workload is insane lately.

Hey all, Been at Welltower for a few years now in [general department, e.g., operations/asset management] and lately things have felt… intense. My team's workload has ramped up significantly in the last quarter, and it's not just me. I've been hearing similar things from colleagues in other departments too. People are stretched thin, and it feels like we're constantly putting out fires instead of focusing on strategic initiatives. There haven't been any official announcements or anything, which is what's weird. No big layoffs that anyone knows of, but the sheer volume of work and the pressure to deliver feels like we're operating with fewer resources than we actually have. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this a company-wide thing or just my neck of the woods? Trying to gauge if it's just my perception or if others are feeling the squeeze too. Curious to hear what others are seeing/experiencing.
