Welltower: What's the real deal with workload?

Hey everyone, been at Welltower for a couple of years now in the [Department Name] team. Lately, it feels like the workload has been steadily increasing, and the deadlines are getting tighter and tighter. I'm seeing a lot of my colleagues looking pretty stressed out, and honestly, I'm starting to feel it too. We're being asked to do more with seemingly less, or at least without any clear additional resources. Is this just my team, or is this a company-wide thing? I'm trying to stay positive and committed, but it's getting hard to maintain the pace without feeling burnt out. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or if there are any strategies people are using to manage the pressure effectively. Curious to hear what others are seeing and feeling.

I've been with Welltower for a bit longer and can echo some of that sentiment in my department. It feels like project scopes have expanded without a corresponding increase in headcount or adjusted timelines. There's definitely a pressure to perform, and while I appreciate the drive, it does sometimes feel like we're constantly playing catch-up. Management seems aware, but concrete solutions are slow to materialize. Hoping it's a temporary crunch.

Interesting to hear your perspective. In my area, the workload has also picked up significantly over the last year. Deadlines are aggressive, and the expectation to deliver high-quality work under tight constraints is palpable. While some of that is normal for a busy company, the consistent increase without clear additional support is definitely noticeable. I've seen some burnout creeping in, which is concerning. Might be worth a broader discussion.
