Curious if others are seeing the same trends. There's been a pretty noticeable tightening of budgets across the board here at West Pharma. Some travel is being scrutinized more heavily, and a few roles that were open for months seem to have been quietly taken off the table. It's not a declared hiring freeze, but it's definitely feeling like one in practice for a lot of departments. On top of that, performance reviews just wrapped up and the messaging around 'cost optimization' was pretty heavy.
