Hey everyone, Been hearing whispers lately about some internal restructuring happening at West Pharma. Nothing concrete, no official announcements or anything like that, but there's definitely a strange vibe in the air. My department has seen a lot of reshuffling, and a few roles that seemed secure are suddenly up in the air. It feels like they might be consolidating teams or maybe even shifting focus on certain product lines. Has anyone else in other departments noticed similar changes? Interesting to hear that. I haven't seen any direct departmental changes on my end, but there have been a few more 'all-hands' style meetings lately that felt a bit more serious than usual. It’s hard to say what it all means, but the buzz about potential restructuring is definitely out there.
