Just joined West a few months ago and things seemed pretty stable initially. However, over the past few weeks, I've noticed a definite shift in atmosphere. Team meetings feel a bit more tense, and there's a general air of 'waiting for something' that's hard to ignore. I haven't seen any official communications about layoffs or restructuring, but there's a constant undercurrent of 'what if?' on my team. Some of the longer-tenured folks seem a bit more guarded than usual. Is anyone else experiencing this?
