Just saw the WARN notice for the 112 heads in Vancouver yesterday. It’s always the same story—leadership talks about 'operational efficiency' and 'aligning resources' while people who have been here for years get a calendar invite with no prior warning. Has anyone in the WA office received their official packet yet? I’m hearing rumors that the severance is standard, but after the way things have been handled lately, I’m not holding my breath for anything generous. If you’re affected, make sure you double-check the fine print on the non-compete/release clauses before signing anything. They always try to rush the process to keep morale from tanking, but you need to protect yourself first. Is HR actually holding 1-on-1s, or is it just another mass email situation?
