Just curious if anyone has noticed any changes in the hiring landscape or budget approvals lately within WDC. I haven't heard anything specific, but with all the chatter about layoffs in other tech companies, I'm wondering if there's a general tightening happening that might precede bigger news. Is anyone seeing fewer open roles, slower approvals for projects, or even informal hiring freezes? Trying to gauge the atmosphere. Haven't heard any official word on hiring freezes, but I've definitely noticed things slowing down a bit on the project approval side. Seems like budgets are being scrutinized more closely than usual, and any new initiatives require extra layers of sign-off. It's not a complete shutdown, but the green light isn't as readily available as it was a year ago. Could just be seasonal, but it feels like a general belt-tightening is in the air across the board, not just within our specific teams.
