Anyone else concerned about the Savannah ripple effects?

It’s been a few weeks since the Brampton Road notice hit the WARN list, and the silence from leadership is deafening. I know it was only 68 people, but these things never seem to stay isolated to just one site or one specific region. We’re hearing whispers about 'operational efficiencies' being the buzzword for Q2. Is anyone in Tulsa or the other hubs hearing about potential headcount reductions, or is this really just contained to the Georgia logistics footprint? The culture has shifted pretty significantly over the last six months—nobody wants to talk during lunch anymore, and the calendar invites are getting really cryptic. Just trying to figure out if I need to start polishing the resume now or if I’m just being paranoid. Any insight from the ground level would be appreciated.

The corporate buzzwords are definitely starting to wear thin. Every time leadership mentions 'operational efficiencies,' it’s essentially code for cost-cutting at the expense of staff. It’s hard to stay optimistic when you see these isolated layoffs creeping up. The lack of transparency from the top is exactly what fuels the rumor mill in Tulsa. It feels like we are all just waiting for the next shoe to drop, and the silence only confirms that the leadership team is disconnected from the reality on the ground.
