Anyone else feeling uneasy at Williams lately?

Been with Williams for a few years now, and lately things just feel... off. Heard some whispers, saw a few projects get shelved faster than usual, and the general vibe in the office isn't as upbeat as it used to be. No official word on anything, which is almost worse, you know? The not knowing is what's really getting to me. My manager's been cagey when I ask about team stability, just gives the standard 'we're focused on efficiency' line. Seeing some of my colleagues start to update their LinkedIn profiles too, which is never a good sign. Anyone else in a similar boat? Trying to gauge if this is just my department or a wider company thing. Feels like we're heading into choppy waters, and I'm just trying to prepare myself.
