Anyone else seeing weird project slowdowns at WMB?

Hey all, been with WMB for a few years now and things feel...off lately. Not seeing any official comms about layoffs or anything dramatic, but a few projects I'm peripherally involved with seem to be hitting unexpected pauses or budget reviews. My manager is being tight-lipped, just saying 'realigning priorities'. Is anyone else in different divisions seeing this? Feels like the kind of thing that happens before a bigger shakeup, even if it's not stated. Just trying to get a pulse on whether this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a weird pocket. Wondering if it's related to the broader energy market or something internal. Anyone have any intel, even anecdotal, on what might be going on behind the scenes? Trying not to panic, but it's definitely a bit unsettling.

I've noticed something similar, though perhaps less directly. My team's been waiting on some key deliverables from WMB divisions for months, and the timelines keep shifting without clear explanations. It's definitely creating a bottleneck for our own initiatives. 'Realigning priorities' sounds like corporate speak for 'we're unsure what to do next' or 'something's tight financially.' It's frustrating not getting straight answers and makes it hard to plan effectively.

Interesting you bring this up. While I haven't seen direct project halts in my immediate area, there's definitely an undercurrent of caution.
