Did anyone else catch the WARN notice for the Savannah location on Brampton Road? 68 people got the axe on the 29th. Management has been acting like everything is business as usual during the town halls, but then they pull something like this right out of the blue. I’m hearing it was mostly terminal ops and some engineering support, but nobody is getting a straight answer about whether this is just the beginning or if it's isolated to that facility. People in the Tulsa office are starting to get nervous. If you’re at that site, how are you guys handling the transition? Are they offering any relocation or is it just the standard severance package? The lack of communication from leadership is honestly the worst part. Every time they mention 'optimizing efficiency,' my pulse jumps. Checking in to see if anyone has more info or if this is the start of a broader Q1 reduction trend.
