Thoughts on recent org changes at Williams?

So, with the recent announcement about restructuring in the midstream operations division, I'm curious what others think. On the surface, it sounds like a move towards 'synergy' and 'streamlining', but my gut feeling is that this often precedes headcount reductions. Has anyone been through something similar in their department or team here? I'm in a role that could potentially be consolidated or seen as 'redundant' depending on how they define the new structure. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard not to worry. Would appreciate any insights or perspectives from others who might have more context or experience with these types of reorganizations within Williams. Are performance reviews being heavily weighted in this process?
