Thoughts on Williams' recent performance and future

Been reading a lot about the energy market lately, and while Williams Companies is a solid player, I'm starting to get a little concerned about our long-term trajectory. The focus on natural gas is great, but are we diversified enough? I'm not hearing much about new initiatives or major strategic shifts that would really set us apart in the next 5-10 years. It makes me wonder if the company is looking at ways to streamline operations or re-evaluate its structure to better compete. Obviously, no direct layoff talk, but this kind of strategic pondering often precedes organizational changes. Anyone else have insights into the company's strategic planning or feel like we might be heading for some sort of overhaul? Curious to hear perspectives from others within Williams or those who follow the company closely. Is there a plan in place that I'm just not privy to, or is it a case of 'steady as she goes' until something forces a change?
