WMB - Project delays and budget cuts?

Has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in project timelines or even outright project cancellations recently at Williams? I'm working on a few initiatives that have been put on indefinite hold, and the reasons given are pretty nebulous, something about 're-evaluating priorities'. Meanwhile, I'm hearing about budget cuts across different departments, particularly for discretionary spending and new development. It's making it hard to plan and feels like we're being asked to do more with less, or at least, the goalposts are constantly shifting. Trying to understand if this is a company-wide thing or isolated to my division. Is leadership making strategic shifts that are impacting our day-to-day work and future outlook? Wondering if this is a precursor to something larger. Any insights from other teams would be appreciated.
