Anyone else feeling the pinch at Wynn?

Just throwing this out there, not looking to cause a panic, but has anyone else noticed a change in atmosphere at Wynn lately? I'm not talking about a specific department or a single incident, but more of a general feeling. There's been talk of 'efficiency improvements' and 'streamlining operations' for a while, but it feels like it's picking up steam. Saw some non-essential projects get put on hold, and hiring seems to have slowed way down, even for roles that are usually hard to fill. It's got me a little uneasy, to be honest. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my specific area. Would love to hear if others are experiencing similar shifts. Trying to stay positive and focused on my work, but it's hard when the background noise is so loud.

Yeah, I've been feeling it too. It's subtle, but there's a definite shift. Less spontaneous spending on amenities, more focus on the bottom line. I've heard whispers about management changes trickling down, and not in a good way. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. Hope it doesn't affect the guest experience too much.

Interesting you bring this up. I was just at Wynn last week and noticed a more subdued vibe than usual. Seemed quieter on the gaming floor, and the service, while still good, felt a little less ... enthusiastic? Maybe it's just the economy, or maybe these 'efficiency improvements' are more impactful than they let on. Concerned about the long-term impact if this trend continues.
