Wynn - Thoughts on the recent 'efficiency drives'?
3E
0x3ef5…7b77Curious to hear from others at Wynn about the recent push for 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations'. We've been hearing a lot about optimizing workflows and reducing redundancies in team meetings. While I understand the need to be competitive, it feels like it's translating into more work for fewer people in some areas. Some roles that were previously distinct are now being expected to cover broader responsibilities. There's also been a noticeable pause on some discretionary spending, like travel for conferences or upgrading certain equipment. It's not layoffs per se, but the pressure is definitely on to do more with less. Anyone else feeling this pressure cooker environment? Is this a company-wide thing or just specific departments feeling the pinch more? Interested in hearing what others are seeing on the ground.
