Wynn Encore - Anyone else noticing increased scrutiny?

Hey everyone, been working at Wynn Encore for a little while now. Lately, it feels like things are getting tighter. My department has seen some weird project cancellations and a general vibe of 'do more with less.' We've also had a few higher-ups doing walkthroughs that feel more like inspections than normal.
