Wynn Resorts - Anyone else notice increased pressure to 'do more with less'?

Hey everyone, been working at Wynn for a bit now, and lately, it feels like the pressure is really on. Not sure if it's just my department or a company-wide thing, but we've been getting a lot of messaging about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations.' My manager keeps talking about how we need to be more resourceful and how budgets are tighter than ever. It's gotten to the point where basic supplies are getting harder to requisition, and projects that used to have dedicated staff are now being pushed onto existing teams. I haven't seen any official announcements about layoffs, and I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but the atmosphere feels... tense. It's making me a little uneasy about job security, even though my performance reviews have always been good. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if there's any chatter I'm missing. Is this just the general economic climate impacting hospitality, or is something specific happening at Wynn? Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard when you feel like you might be on borrowed time. Anyone else feeling this squeeze?
