Wynn Resorts - Anyone else notice reduced hours/opportunities?

Hey all, been with Wynn for a few years now and lately things feel... different. It's not like there's a big announcement or anything, but I've seen a lot of shifts. Some departments seem to be really cutting back on overtime, and certain projects that would normally have had more staffing are now lean. Even seeing fewer agency temps around. On top of that, there's been a noticeable slowdown in offering new internal training or development programs, which used to be a big draw here. Just wondering if this is something others are experiencing across different properties or departments, or if it's localized to my area. Feels like management might be tightening the belt, but without any official word, it's hard to say. Trying to get a sense of the general vibe. Thanks for any input.
