Wynn Resorts - Stability Concerns?

Hey everyone, been with Wynn for a few years now and lately, things feel... different. Management keeps talking about 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing resources,' which sounds like corporate speak for something else, you know? I've noticed fewer temp staff being brought in for events, and some departments seem stretched pretty thin. My hours haven't been cut directly, but the overall workload feels like it's increasing without additional support. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just me or is there a general undercurrent of unease about job security right now? Trying to get a sense if this is widespread or if I'm just overthinking things. Open to any insights or similar experiences.

I've been at Wynn for a similar amount of time and definitely feel the same shift. It's that creeping sense that things are being squeezed. The 'streamlining' talk is definitely a buzzword that makes me nervous, especially seeing fewer faces around during busy periods. It feels like they're trying to do more with less, and while my hours are steady, the pressure is definitely higher. Curious to hear if others are seeing more concrete changes or if it's just a general feeling.

Yeah, the 'optimizing resources' thing has me wondering too. I've noticed some subtle changes, like shifts feeling a bit more rushed and fewer opportunities for cross-training or extra projects. It's not like there's outright chaos, but the overall vibe is definitely more 'efficient' in a way that doesn't always feel employee-centric. It's good to know I'm not the only one picking up on this; makes me want to pay closer attention to any announcements or changes.
