Wynn: Seeing staffing changes, is it just me?

Hey everyone, been working at Wynn for a few years now, primarily in F&B operations. Lately, I've noticed a lot of subtle shifts. Fewer people on certain shifts, roles being consolidated, and a general feeling of 'doing more with less.' It's not a company-wide announcement or anything, but the whispers are getting louder. My department manager has been cagey when I've asked about future staffing needs, which is unusual. Has anyone else on the floor, or in other departments, experienced similar things recently? Trying to gauge if this is a broader trend or just something happening in my specific area. Feels like things are tighter than usual, and the energy is a bit more anxious than I've seen in a while. Wondering what the outlook is.
