Anyone else feeling the vibe at Xcel lately?

Been with Xcel for a few years now, and lately, there's been this undercurrent of… unease. Nothing concrete, no official word, but you can feel it in the air. Meetings feel a bit more tense, budget discussions are tighter, and there's a lot of 'strategic realignment' talk. I've heard whispers about departments being consolidated, though nothing has been confirmed. It's got me and a few others on edge. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just the usual industry fluctuations, or is something brewing behind the scenes? Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to wonder what the future holds when the usual chatter turns quiet and the 'reorg' buzz starts.

I've noticed it too. The general atmosphere does feel a bit different. It's hard to put a finger on it, but there's definitely a sense that things are shifting. Lots of talk about efficiency and restructuring, which can be unsettling for everyone. I'm hoping it's just a normal part of business cycles and not something more significant. Glad to know I'm not the only one feeling the subtle changes.

Definitely sensing a shift. The 'strategic realignment' buzzwords are flying around pretty thick these days. It's understandable that people are feeling a bit anxious when there's so much talk of changes without much concrete information. Hopefully, leadership will provide more clarity soon to ease some of the uncertainty. Keeping my eyes and ears open for any official announcements.
