Xcel Energy - Any department-specific insights on hiring freezes?

So, I've been keeping an eye on Xcel for a while, and while there haven't been any public layoff announcements, I'm noticing a significant slowdown in external job postings, at least for my field (engineering/operations). It feels like there might be an unofficial hiring freeze in place. Has anyone in other departments seen this? Are internal transfers drying up too? I'm trying to get a sense of the overall health of the company and whether this is a sign of deeper issues or just a temporary pause. I've noticed a similar trend in my area as well. Fewer openings, and the ones that do pop up seem to linger for a long time.
