I've been with Xcel for a while too and have definitely picked up on some similar vibes. The turnover in some departments does seem higher than normal, and the constant restructuring lately feels a bit like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. It's hard to pinpoint anything specific, but you're right, there's a definite undercurrent of uncertainty. Hopefully, it's just a cycle and not a sign of bigger issues brewing.
Interesting post. While I haven't personally witnessed significant red flags or heard much concrete chatter about major issues within Xcel, I can appreciate the observations about internal shifts and hiring slowdowns. Economic headwinds can certainly cause companies to tighten belts and re-evaluate priorities. It's wise to stay observant, but I'm still hopeful things will stabilize. Keep us updated if you hear anything more definitive.
