Anyone else see concerning trends at Xylem lately?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Haven't seen any official layoff news, but I'm starting to get a weird vibe. My team's workload has been surprisingly light the past couple of quarters, and there's been a lot of 'reorg' talk that hasn't really landed anywhere concrete. Meetings are getting canceled more often, and the general energy feels a bit... off. Is anyone else experiencing something similar, or am I just overthinking it? It's making me a little nervous about job security, even though my manager keeps saying everything's fine. Just wanted to see if others are picking up on the same signals or if it's just my department/location. Curious to hear what others are seeing on the ground, especially in different divisions.
