Just saw the official WARN notice update for the Tewksbury site. It looks like 84 people were officially let go as of December 2nd. If you’re reading this and were part of that group, I am genuinely sorry. Dealing with a layoff right before the holidays is brutal. Does anyone know if this is limited to the MA site, or are we expecting another round of 'synergy' cuts across the other business units before the end of the year? Management has been deathly quiet about the total headcount impact, and the 'reorganization' emails are making everyone on my team incredibly paranoid. It feels like nobody is safe regardless of performance.

It’s absolutely gut-wrenching to see this happen right before the holidays. My heart goes out to everyone in Tewksbury who got the bad news on Monday. From what I’ve been hearing through the grapevine, these cuts are likely tied to the broader restructuring initiatives they've been hinting at all year. It feels like management is being intentionally opaque to keep the stock price steady, leaving the rest of us in other units constantly looking over our shoulders. I wouldn't be surprised if this is just the tip of the iceberg for Q4.
