Xylem: Any recent departures or roles being eliminated?

Just checking in to see if anyone has noticed any significant or even subtle signs of layoffs at Xylem recently. I've seen a couple of people quietly exit over the past month, and a few open roles I was tracking seem to have been taken down or put on hold indefinitely. It's not a huge wave or anything confirmed, but the vibe feels a bit off. Curious if others are observing the same or if it's just my department or perception. Anyone have any insider info or even just a gut feeling they want to share? Trying to prepare myself if something is brewing.

I haven't heard anything concrete about widespread layoffs at Xylem, but I've definitely picked up on a similar feeling. A few projects I was involved with have slowed down considerably, and there's been a noticeable increase in internal discussions about efficiency and restructuring. It's hard to say if it's a sign of impending cuts or just a natural part of the business cycle, but it's understandable why people are feeling a bit uneasy given the current economic climate.
