Lately, there's been a lot of buzz about 'reorganization' within my department at Xylem. It started with a few team leads being moved around, then some 'role consolidation' conversations. Now, I'm hearing about potential 'redundancies' in certain functions. It feels like a slow burn, not a sudden axe, but the underlying message seems pretty clear. Management is being really tight-lipped, just saying it's 'strategic realignment'. Has anyone else experienced this kind of 'reorg' recently at Xylem? That sounds familiar. We went through a similar shuffle last year. Lots of 'streamlining' and 'synergy' buzzwords, which eventually led to some unexpected shifts. Keep an eye on internal communications, and if you have trusted colleagues, share notes.
