Xylem: Performance Review Season and RIFs?

Hey everyone. Performance review season is hitting hard, and it feels… different this year. Usually, it's just the standard 'meet expectations' or 'exceeds expectations' noise. But lately, there's been a lot more talk about 'optimization' and 'streamlining' from leadership. My manager is being super cagey, just saying we need to 'focus on core deliverables.' Sounds like corporate speak for 'get ready to lose heads.' Anyone else in the Industrials sector of Xylem feeling this pressure? Seeing more people pulled into 'special projects' that seem like dress rehearsals for departures. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a particularly vulnerable spot. Trying not to panic, but the air is thick with uncertainty.
