Hey all, been with Xylem for a few years now and lately the atmosphere feels... off. Not hearing concrete news, but there's a definite buzz of uncertainty. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more, budgets are tighter than usual, and there's a general quietness from leadership about long-term plans. Anyone else picking up on this? It's hard to put my finger on it, but it feels like we might be heading into some choppy waters. My team's workload hasn't changed drastically, but the overall morale seems to have dipped. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a sensitive department. Curious to hear if others are feeling similar unease or if things are still business as usual for you.
