Curious to hear what others think about Yum!'s recent moves. We've seen a lot of focus on international growth and digital transformation, which I understand is key for the future. However, the internal execution feels a bit... disjointed at times. Are others finding that resources are being shifted around in ways that impact day-to-day operations? I've noticed a lot of restructuring discussions and reorganizations over the past year, and while change is inevitable, it's starting to feel like a constant state of flux. Is this just the nature of a large, global company, or are there underlying concerns about efficiency or market pressures that are driving these shifts? Would love to get a pulse check from folks across different divisions or brands within Yum!.

I hear you on the disjointed execution. While the focus on international markets and digital tools makes sense on paper, it does feel like the operational teams are sometimes left scrambling. We've seen significant shifts in how things are managed, and it's definitely noticeable on the ground. Hoping management gets a better handle on aligning these big strategic plays with the realities of day-to-day business soon, otherwise, it risks impacting customer experience.

The strategic direction towards international expansion and digital innovation is definitely the right path for long-term growth. However, I agree that the internal execution has felt a bit rocky. There seems to be a constant stream of reorganizations and resource realignments, which can be disruptive if not managed carefully. It's crucial that these changes don't come at the expense of consistent operational performance across all brands. Clearer communication and more stable internal structures would certainly help.
