Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter across different platforms and hearing some hushed tones internally at my YUM! Brands location. Nothing concrete, obviously, but the whispers about potential headcount reductions are getting harder to ignore. Anyone else in the same boat or have any more solid info? Feels like we're in a bit of a holding pattern, and the uncertainty is starting to weigh on people. Not sure if it's tied to specific divisions or a broader company-wide move. I've heard some similar rumblings too, though it's mostly just office gossip at this point. It's tough when there's so much uncertainty, and you can feel the anxiety building. I'm hoping it's just noise, but you can't help but think about it. Fingers crossed it doesn't amount to anything serious, especially with the holidays coming up. Trying to stay focused on the work, but it's hard not to speculate when these kinds of rumors start circulating so widely within the company. Just wish there was more transparency from leadership.
