Curious to hear if anyone else has noticed a significant slowdown in new roles opening up at Zebra, or if requisitions seem to be getting stalled indefinitely. I've been keeping an eye on openings for my team and a few others, and it feels like things have gone very quiet over the last couple of months. No official word on layoffs, which is good, but this feels like a precursor to something. Are recruiters silent? Are internal transfers being put on hold? I've heard whispers through the grapevine about budget tightening, but nothing concrete. If you're in HR or a hiring manager, any insights you can share (even anonymously)? Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. It's definitely quieter than usual. I applied for a role a few weeks back and haven't heard anything, which is unusual given their typical process. It's making me a bit nervous, to be honest. Hoping it's just a temporary lull and not a sign of bigger issues. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon.

Interesting to see this post. I've been informally networking with folks there and the general sentiment is that hiring has slowed considerably. Some roles that were posted are no longer available, and new ones aren't popping up as frequently. It does feel like a shift from what we've seen in the past, and folks are definitely watching closely to see what happens next.
