Hey everyone, Been at Zebra for a few years now, and while there haven't been any official announcements or RIFs that I'm aware of, I'm starting to get a weird vibe. The pace of work has definitely picked up in some areas, while others seem to be… consolidating? Not sure if that's the right word. I've seen a few internal job postings disappear or get reposted with different titles, and the general chatter in some Slack channels feels a little more cautious than usual. It's not panic stations by any means, but there's definitely an undercurrent of 'what's next?'. Anyone else picking up on similar signals? Is it just me, or has anyone heard any rumors, even vague ones, about potential reorganizations or shifts in focus that might impact headcount down the line? I've noticed some similar things. It feels like a lot of projects are being re-evaluated, and there's a push to streamline processes in certain departments. The internal postings shifting around is definitely a bit of a head-scratcher. Hoping it's just a normal business cycle adjustment and not something more significant. Totally get that 'weird vibe' feeling. It's subtle, but you can feel a shift. Some teams are definitely swamped, while others seem to be losing headcount or merging functions.
