Zebra Technologies - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, Been with Zebra for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels… off. I haven't seen any official announcements or heard solid rumors about layoffs, but there's definitely a hum of anxiety in the air. Projects seem to be getting stretched thinner, some folks are holding onto their work a little tighter, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for a lot of teams. Management's communication has been pretty standard, but you can read between the lines sometimes. Anyone else picking up on this? Are you in a department that's feeling the pinch more than others? Or is it just me being paranoid? Trying to get a pulse check on the general sentiment out there. Just looking for some honest takes, not looking to spread fear, just want to understand if this is a company-wide feeling or if I'm in my own echo chamber. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm picking up on that too. It's that quiet tension that's almost worse than outright bad news. You try to stay focused on your tasks, but the uncertainty definitely makes things feel precarious. The slowdown in new initiatives and the general air of caution are hard to ignore. Just hoping for some clarity soon, but preparing for whatever might come.

I've noticed the shift as well. It feels like a lot of us are just trying to keep our heads down and deliver, but that underlying unease is definitely palpable. Projects feel more critical, and there's a sense of needing to prove value constantly. Communication is keeping things stable on the surface, but below that, the whispers are definitely there.
