Zebra Technologies: Performance review season and increased scrutiny?

So, performance review season is upon us at Zebra, and it feels…different this year. There seems to be a much higher level of scrutiny on metrics and deliverables than I've experienced in previous years. Even small misses are being highlighted and dissected. My own review felt particularly intense, with a lot of focus on efficiency and output. It's got me wondering if this is a broader trend across the company, or if it's just my department. Is management really cracking down ahead of potential tougher times, or is this just standard end-of-year procedure amplified? Trying to stay positive and focused on my work, but the atmosphere feels a bit more tense than usual. Anyone else feel like they're under a microscope right now?
